The Phone Call You Never Want To Get

Yesterday morning I was sitting here with my coffee ready to myLot and chat when the phone rang. My cousin had committed suicide I'm still in shock today, dumbfounded and bewildered.

I've been on the receiving end on a call just like that. I'm truly sorry for your loss... From someone who has dealt with such a call all I can tell you is to give yourself a break and let yourself feel whatever you need to feel. Anger, frustration, disappointment.. Whatever that feeling is, just let it happen and don't feel sorry or regretful for it.
