It is nice to have your privacy back, although it was good they helped alert you to your stalker.

Thanks! We had wood before and had to restain it every year. Such a pain for my husband and such an expense when we hired others. This is a composite deck which should last longer than we will. It's extremely expensive, but looks great. I will try to take a photo in the daylight.

Looks like a place I'd be in silent, just my thoughts and me.

I like the solar lights. I could get a home equity loan to pay for a deck project, but I am hesitant to accrue too much debt. I won't even go into debt for a car. I feel I have enough bills.

@DianneN I think that is the best way to go, if you can't afford it, don't buy it!

My two girls are using as much solar lights as they can. I have not thought about them as the last time I checked they were too expensive.

We used to have them in our garden and our son put up a few solar spotlights here. However, the ones in the garden got old and grungy so we had to throw them out. Our son took the spotlights to his house. I have to get some more. The ones on the deck were a fortune due to having have to fit the posts. I will check out prices online. The spotlights threw a lot of light.

My husband and I bought solar lights for our front yard, and we love them. Gla yours work, too. And, that your deck is finally complete.

Thank you! The deck looks wonderful and I must admit, they did an impeccable job. Too bad they didn't wear masks. The best thing was that they returned our grill to the deck and hooked it up to the gasoline. We were finally able to have a barbecue after weeks and weeks!

Congrats with the light... Non wearing mask contractor... Authority seems not very strict there...

It's raining now, and the lights are on. I will once we have a sunny day. Thanks.
