Stir fry for me.

I still had some veggies at the garage and today I discovered that one of the eggplants should be ised in part or thrown away
So it is stir fry for me. I will hot use the rice I hace in the fridge because that can be kept longer. But I have that eggplant, sweet peppers, zucchini, broccoli and maybe a bit of cauliflower. I have celery, green beans and carrots. And I have several Chinese sauces, from the common soy sauce to the red sweet mandarin sauce.
I´ll make enough for lunch and dinner. And I´ll come for dinner with a big dish full of it to eat it while I watch TV this evenibg.
I am going to watch all Christmas movies this year, no matter how corny.

Corny? Heck no, I love all those Christmas movies they're uplifting, beautiful stories! Stir-fry sounds so delicious, I might make some, also:)

@marguicha I make quite a lot of dishes that way. So long as you know what goes well together and how to cook...it rarely turns out bad.
