I was sleepy earlier

I was sleepy around 7 but I did not go to bed then. When I did go to bed, I could not sleep. My sloppy joe supper seems to not be sitting well. So I am up. I took some papaya enzyme for my stomach. I just now made warm milk with honey, vanilla and spices. Hope that finishes settling my stomach and makes me sleepy. I put some lavender oil on my nightgown. Anyway, just thought I would say "hello".

I got about five hours of sleep. I plan to get fresh air and sunshine and exercise today.

That sucks I know the feeling when your body is tired but your mind has its own party ... Sorry about the stomach , hope you sleep well sure the lavender will definitely relax you

I got some sleep. About five hours total, I think. Most of the time if I do not have something important the next day I just get up and do something quiet.

@GardenGerty I also only buy lean meat now, after year of cutting on fats it's hard when something is too fatty.

No, I did not stuff my stomach. I think the meat in my hot sandwich had too much fat. The over the counter enzymes and the milk and spices settled it.

I hate when that happens, not being able to sleep. I sleep more in the daytime now that I'm surprised I can still sleep at night. Sleeping helps me ignore my foot when it's aching and to early for meds-the over the counter types.

This is what happen to us most of the time isn't it? When we are not on bed, we felt like we are ready to rest for the night and when you could rest in the bed, your brain just refuse to rest.
