An OMG Moment

Even if I have to say so myself, the macaroni and cheese that I made last week was the best I ever made.
I used crisp prosciutto, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and one jalapeño pepper along with pink sea salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Included were mascarpone cheese, fontina, Gruyere, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and a bit of 3 Spanish cheeses. I used cream and milk. All topped with buttered Panko crumbs.
We ate it for three days straight.
. I call it my adult mac and cheese.

It looks and sounds wonderful. We have a southwest seasoned turkey soup. It has corn, black beans, tomatoes and peppers and cauliflower and broccoli, along with turkey and seasonings.

YUM! Sounds great except for the jalapeno peppers. I'll take those out of my serving. We both just had an instant replay of Thanksgiving. Delicious. I love Thanksgiving leftovers!!

This was a first for me. It was perfect! I’m leaving it out when I make a batch for my son and his girlfriend.
Meatloaf sounds great! I have six left in the freezer, but perhaps I will defrost one for tomorrow night. Thanks for the idea!

That sounds like a Cheesy - Cheesy yummy-licious food !
Even though you eat some Non-Veg food, you have a fondness for delicious vegetarian stuff as well !!

Hmmm, pizza, now I'm craving pizza. Oh well, I don't trust any of the fast foods places here so I'll have to find something else to eat. I've never been a big fan of mac n cheese, but yours does sound better than the stuff I've had in the past ...... mom never made mac n cheese so I didn't grow up on it.

That looks delicious there.
We have some left over from day lunch. I am going to just make some rice to go with it. We have enough cauliflower fry and kidney beans from lunch to go with it. Saves me from cooking

Just need cheese in moderation. Too much of cheese makes me sick.
Today I have cooked dinner while making lunch. That saves me from cooking in evening.
