My Morning

I've had a fun morning. Meaning lots of exercise. I started in the pool and fitness center, then went to my son's to do laundry. This time I did the laundry. I can now do stairs as well as I did before my surgeries. Basically one-stepping it up and down. It's better than what I've done until now. This is my first time with stairs. So, I think I did quite well. I did try going up the stairs normally and succeeded with that too. I'm feeling pretty good about myself. However, I did all that without Ibuprofen. I've now taken it as my back is complaining a lot. It was good to spend time with my son this morning. I'd say grandson too, but he was asleep. He works a late shift so doesn't get home until early morning. I have an update on Christmas. I will be spending Christmas with my son and grandson at his place. We'll be cooking there instead of here. It will still be what I bought for dinner, just prepared there. Though I will make the pies here. So, it looks like it will be a good day after all. Now if the weather will cooperate. There's a chance of that. I got my hopes raised when I filled up with gas this morning. We'll see what happens. Today we're in the 40s F. Temps go down tonight so that the wind chill tomorrow will be in the negative numbers. Christmas will be 20 F. I'm still planning to go to the pool and fitness center tomorrow. I had a very good workout in both today. That's my day so far. I still need to fold my clothes and put them away. I'm going to wait until the Ibuprofen starts to work. I might not be able to sit here very long either. We'll see. I want to get the notifications finished. I also want to work on Vendetta. I got some work done on it yesterday. How is your day going?
