The pretty skyline of Perth, Western Australia

The photo shows Vince and I on our friends’ boat with the Perth, Western Australia, skyline in the background. Perth is our capital and a pretty city albeit it quite small by international standards. The Swan River is also lovely and mostly clean and very blue.
It meets the sea at Fremantle and, not far from the port, a man was attacked by a bull shark but in the river so another reason not to come to Australia! Haha Bull sharks are apparently found in rivers but rarely cause any trouble.
The couple who own the boat are second and third from the left.

I think charming is a good word for Perth. Mostly it is quite clean and bright.

@JudyEv I hope I can visit. Maybe a tour. The company I am with is only an offshore company hired by the onshore company. They operates globally, Asia Pacific, Europe, the Americas. In Australia, I would like to visit the Sydney and Melbourne sites. Plus the Perth after seeing those buildings.

@JudyEv I think we only have five buildings that are taller than 10 stories tall. And I think three of those five are on the University of Florida campus, instead of downtown. Most of our buildings are 4-5 stories tall.

@DocAndersen They're saying that people are sticking much closer to shore when they're swimming than they ever used to. I bet you enjoyed the snorkelling but perhaps you were too busy looking over your shoulder.

@JudyEv i spent an afternoon snorkeling the great barrier reef. We had to get back on the boat 4 times because a great white came to check out the noise! so yes afraid of aussie sharks!

@JudyEv It works. I want to see Australia. I've seen so many beautiful pictures from there. Not only what you present here, but my computer opens with pictures from around the world, and some of them are from the beautiful national parks there.
