This is the first time I cooked this. It is for my husband's packed lunch for his work. Ever since they go back to work, he ask me to just prepare lunch and snacks for him to bring to the office. It is a hassle to go down their office to buy or eat out since they need to wait for queueing and then there is social distancing at the store, restaurant or even at the office elevator. One hour is not enough. I used the air fryer to cook this and also what I have inside the ref. It includes onions, a sausage, bell pepper, onion leeks, a bit of cheese and of course egg. Then I add a bit of salt and pepper. It came out well. But I do not know the taste yet. I will find out later. What is for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

I make a frittata once a week, in a pan on my gas stove, I also add some grated cheese in it. Breakfast was yogurt and English muffin with jam.

@rakski Mostly just a large range of vegetables - sweet potato, pumpkin, capsicum, perhaps zucchini, broccoli.

@rakski U No, I cook. I just have to discuss it with my husband. If he doesn't want something, he will complain about it all night. I don't really want to deal with that.

That sounds really good. I made something like a meatloaf but without onions or tomato sauce so I could share it with my pets. It came out really good.

That looks delicious. And it is more practical and healthier to prepare our own lunches for work. You can even customize it to your liking and cook it however you want it to.

I had rice cooked with corn and chicken and okra tempura for lunch. No dinner. Too tired for one. Frittata looks delicious. The ingredients are easy to find too.

It’s more convenient to have packed lunch instead of going through the hassle of buying one. And he can take a nap when he still has more time left
