A productive day for The Horse today.

I worked four hours at my friend's preschool this morning, and then ran a few errands. I actually got everything done I needed to do today. I'll describe my happy moments and frustrations with the littlies and their teachers later. I remain surprised by how many ECE educators don't really know what they're doing. But this is not a rant or a vent. I just deposited $600 hard-earned dollars into the bank. Not a lot--but I'm glad to be earning money. How was your Wednesday? If you're American (and even if not), does having a non-sociopath in the White House make you feel slightly more "relaxed"?

I feel very more relaxed. I don't have to run the DOJ anymore. Or draft executive orders. And a million other things.

@TheHorse Walmart me a pretty fair offer but so did Sleepy Joe, so I'm just staying here. But now I just have to do one job!

i was an ECE teacher for the last year I was in the school of education. Here is my complaint - i don't believe in treating boys and girls differently (other than bathrooms). So, i made the girls play sports and the boys do the art activities.
I had a parent complain about that! its why I left ECE and went into traditional schools!

@TheHorse that I did. But the administration sided with the parent and I got written up. oh well. The next year I was named teacher of the year in the system. but i didn't get the double pay bump that came with that because I had a write up.
so i walked away from teaching!

I have reasons to feel relieved too but for a different cause. Dad invested about 100000 dollars of aunt in mutual fund - instantaneous decision - he forced aunt to sign - kinda shouts menacingly like he does with me. He tends to be erratic. I told him to sell it on allotment. That was 17th December. He wouldn't listen. So the last couple of months have been a pain. Me getting stressed about dad not listening and me being unable to tell aunt that her money gonna sink. Then Dad and I had a major row four or five days ago regarding a different issue. Dad said I will give you brother's email addy, you confirm from him. I jumped at the opportunity and poured all my woes. Oh boy, bro did take me seriously! Now he plans to liquidate the units by Tuesday. Loss is minimal. Bro does not want me to pay up, but I want to. Dad can be..very tough. LOL

@TheHorse Our markets and your markets are different - my observation. So kinda, I will be completely unaware of your market mechanism. Ours often does not have any logic.
This morning there was an interesting one in your market. GameStop. That is gonna lead to a big spiral movement first upwards then downwards or ban. No stock can give 800 percent per annum return, especially if it is a loss making company. This is essentially demand supply mismatch.
This stock I believe is going to highlight one of the loopholes in stock markets for which rules will be framed across the world. Very interesting study though. :)

I look forward to your ECE posts later. Yes, that is one layer of my many layers of stress that is gone.
