Exercise? Yes our stairs, I did laundry and cleaned and I think I went up and down at least 20 times, I have the habit to those steps.

@TheHorse I do not use those gadgets, but I know that every day I do an average of 320 steps, some days a lot more if I go up and down also outside to the garden.

I did a lot today. Laundry. Clean the house a bit. Wash my car. Driving. So I consider that as exercising. That's a really pretty view.
