Good day friends
Yesterday I was talking about doing something to my son to surprise my girlfriend. I made two heart-shaped pizzas and chocolate ice creams.
One is with plasma, the other is plasma and hazelnut cream, the third is plasma with pieces of chocolate and rum, and the fourth is with oreo biscuits. Plasma is a cookie.
And this is what the end result looks like with my decorating. I have to admit that I am not the best satisfied with decorating, but I believe that I would be better in time.
As for the taste I know they are perfect, but I am waiting for feedback later.
Do you like to experiment when you do something and try new things or do you always go to safety?

Thank you.The making process is not long, it took me a few hours. It is important when the mixture is made to leave it in the refrigerator to cool well so that it can be topped with chocolate and decorated. I think it is better to shape the ice creams in the evening, and only to pour chocolate over them the next day.
