Ordering A Few Things From Amazon

Yes, this afternoon, I am ordering a few items from Amazon.
I hope everything will be satisfactory as I would not want to
have to return anything.
So far, over the months, I only had to send one thing back and my son
took care of it, so that was easy.
Do you shop at Amazon sometimes?
I know we are making Jeff Bezos richer and richer, he is already close to
200 billions

@marlina He's very rich and most of that is from shafting people, with high shipping charges.

I probably buy things from Amazon once a month, or once every two months. I just ordered 2 things from there today.

@marlina but we still need to shop. He made it easier for us. I hope you get it to satisfaction having to return items to the store is usually tidious and frustrating

ME: "Take My Money!"
Yes, I am an Amazon shopper. Especially during the first lock-down here in the United States. I've spent thousands of dollars. Mainly because we were working on the basement and other areas of our home to renovate. I can tell you Amazon, Homedepot, Lowes, BigLots were making money off of us. Lol.

I do shop Amazon more these days than I used to. Most of my shopping is still done in bricks and mortar because most things I find cheaper in stores than online. As for making Bezos richer, hey...
We can at least take part and own some stock and win together with him.

@marlina it really is, plus we love to watch movies. We save between 140 and 200 bucks a year on shipping.
we just bought new chairs for our living room. To ship them (we looked on a furniture site first) was going to be 300 bucks.
Amazon - free!

@marlina There is another rather large Chinese site, we can use it, but in recent months they have drastically increased the price for delivery, so now it is no longer worth buying through them online.

I very rarely order from amazon anymore. The last thing I ordered were a few small things for a friend's mom's birthday.
I hate having to return things.

@marlina I've ate the cost of things just because I didn't want to go through the hassle. I like that you can go to Kohl's and do amazon returns now.
