Am I the only one who could give a flip what Megan and Harry do?

@1creekgirl They want to live quietly and privately - and then go on Oprah to tell the world their business!!!! Their sense of self-importance is overwhelming.

I think Harry is going to live to regret this...but he may have a hard time ever going back. He may come to the realization down the road he made his bed and has to lie in it.. Then again maybe he and Meghan will just end up living separate lives. I don't see this union surviving in the long run. I just kind of feel bad for all concerned really.

I am glad to know that I am not the only one not to care at all of those two, but I do not like her, not a bit.

No, I couldn’t give a flip about them if I were in good enough shape to give a flip. Being old and unable to do flips makes them even less interesting. There was a line in a “Weekend Update” in an early SNL that ended up on the record they put out, and I like to quote it: Chevy Chase said about Frank Sinatra being in the news, “Sources report that nobody is interested and nobody cares.” Ditto Mary and Hagen, or whatever their names are.

There is something to be said about respect for the royalty, but Harry and Megan are not longer royalty. Well technically I believe that he still is, genetically anyways. But marrying her has put so much negativity to the royal family, and nobody will ever know if it is true or not. I say let them live their life, in the way that they choose, but if they choose to leave the spotlight, they need to remember that and act accordingly.

All I will say on the subject is that Ms. Markle is estranged from her own family. Now she is estranged from her husband's family. What (or who) is the common denominator?

I don't pay attention to any of the royal family. I wish them a happy life but that is about as far as it goes. I've never understood the whole lets worship royalty, athletes, movie/tv people. They are just people. Live your life and stop making yourself more important than you are and we need to stop making them more important than they are. As you say, everyone is able to like/dislike what they do.

Much of the media today is one big reality TV show. Two people who because they are celebs think whatever they say is important for us to here. It takes more class to not speak ill of someone than to criticize and condemn them. Celebs expressing their self-important views and thinking they know more than the rest of us has become truly boring...

I am right there with you. I really couldn't care less. They are all overrated people who have nothing to show for their fortunes OR their fame. They are really nobody's that a lot of people put a lot of emphasis on who have not earned an iota of their fame OR fortune. A complete waste of anyone's time if you ask me.

I don't follow celebrities. I don't know many people who do. They are just basically people I don't know, so I am not interested.

i like historical movies and about kingdoms, sometime i ask my boyfriend to watch together on weekends but my boyfriend doesn't like to watch movies about kingdoms. You're right what you like, not necessarily other people like it too

I could care less how many kids Megan and Harry have, or what they are, or aren't doing. All I ask myself, is why pick the U.S. to do it?

I didn't watch it. I will just sum Harry and Megan up very succinctly, "I have no respect for them whatsoever".

I liked Megan’s character in Suits but nah, I don’t give a flip what she does now. I heard she’s the new Karen.

I don't care either; but I figure I will hear about something of any importance through the news or social media...no need to follow what they're doing.
