Sliced Peaches for Dessert

Decided on a bowl of sliced peaches for dessert tonight. Not very hungry. Had a light dinner of noodles. Peaches are a favorite. I enjoy making peach cobbler. And fresh peaches are good as well. Have a good weekend everyone. Going in search of something good to watch.

every year (except last year, and now probably this year) we drive down to South Carolina for a beach weekend. We grab early peaches on the way back! (if you go in September the peaches are beyond amazing)!

In my country, we never had fresh peaches. They are most likely in cans. But I love them.

@CarolDM The next week Aldi will have for sale the peaches in glass jars, I am going to buy them, they are less expensive than making preserved peaches myself.

@CarolDM Ok. I just found a simple pear cobbler recipe. I like simple. Oats, butter, coconut sugar & coconut flakes cook for 6-8 min or golden. Put in bowl. Then, put cut pears in skillet cook for 5 min. with butter. Too with oat mixture, done. I read in one pear cobbler recipe, add some apple tv cider vinegar for sweeter pears and make it syrupy.

Sliced peaches are just the best. I used to eat them much too quickly then get a stomach ache but now I've learnt to slow down.
