It's a beautiful day in Wisconsin, well Green Bay anyway. I woke up to SNOW. I love snow, in case you aren't aware of that little fact. I took many pictures before it melted. Which it's starting to do. My first picture was at 3:30 this morning. There's great lighting on the parking lot. You can see my snow-covered car in the collage. I also took a picture of my footprints in the snow when I went out to take pictures. No window pictures this time. I went outside to take those after I got home from the Y.
@TheHorse how do you like my snow pictures?
This year has been a bad year for snow. We're in a 16-inch deficit for snow. This might be the last winter snowstorm, but hopefully, it's not the last snowstorm. We're known to have spring snowstorms in March and April. We've even had snow in May. I don't see that happening this year, but I'm hopeful.

My goodness - these are all photos from today? It looks very much like winter there still - but I know you absolutely love the snow - but even then there is a deficit?? We have a deficit of rain this year . . . we just got some but I doubt it takes us out of the drought. It will be sunny but a bit chilly for the rest of the week.

No snow and I am fine with that. I like it around the holidays...and maybe a bit in Jan and Feb and that is it.

That is a lot of snow, I hope the spring comes to blow it all away. The weather is slowly warming up here in Florida but still cool evenings and at least no snow

@just4him I guess that sentence sort of did not register because I had had enough of snow when I lived in Latvia however, now when I think about it one day I would love to be in a place where there is snow

@just4him - Oh wow! You've got family here. That's cool! Austin is a very nice city to live. If someone asked if they should move here I would tell them yes. Even though that snow storm was awful. I've been here since 1998. I'm not moving!

@cmoneyspinner My granddaughter moved there with her kids a few years ago. My daughter moved there a year ago to be near them, she lives with them. I'm going to be a great-grandma again in August when my granddaughter has a little boy this time. She has two girls.
I've heard it's a wonderful place to live.

@just4him The only thing that I like about rain is that it is good writing weather. The sound makes me productive. Storms I can do without.
