Got one thing done already this morning

The backside of one of our cabinets which is a divider between the kitchen and dinette has a sort of curio cabinet with glass doors. In there we've had coffee cups we used to use and extra wine glasses. I cleaned the cups yesterday and boxed the majority of them up this morning. I considered including the cups that came with our Corelle set but decided against that in case we want new, if and when we get a new kitchen. Those that take the set might want the matching cups. We've been using bigger soup type mugs for our coffee for a few years now. After I have some coffee and pills and hang out a little I want to make a stirfry to take for my meal while at work. I bought one prepackaged up by taylor farms but I keep forgetting to make it. Then maybe I'll have time to be back here again before work unless I work on another small project.

I just had a little and put the rest into a container to take with me. My husband doesn't like the cooked greens.

I like a bigger coffee mug too. I used to have the Corelle ones but I had to refill it too many times before my battery got recharged Now with a bigger mug I get my energy jolt quicker!

Lol, I had to read the batter charger part twice to get you meant yourself. It also eliminates the extra exercise but we can get that in other ways too.

I am starting over from scratch because all of my things are in storage in Tennessee, I now live in New York, and it will be a while before I can get the stuff out of storage. I am torn. I think I only want to get one place setting, but I am also thinking about two or four in case of company.

Two to four makes more sense not only for company but for when you don't get ones used cleaned right away.

@Chellezhere It's a good habit but not always feasible.

@MarshaMusselman True. I just always wash as I am cooking or baking, and when I am done eating.

I've had my set since we were married, over thirty years but a few years ago we quit using the cups and use mismatched larger sizes ones mostly now.

@MarshaMusselman Wow. That is a long time. I know they sure are durable. We have some other special made ones we use too.

@stephcjh They aren't supposed to be breakable but if dropped just right eventually they will break. If you get a pattern you like there's no reason to replace them often. I'm considering going with a different color of we redo our kitchen.

I keep most mugs and plates on the cupboard and left only what we would use in the rack. There are only 3 of us in this house so there's no need for too many mugs and plates.

@BelleStarr my husband got a grandpa one that's super tall. I'm surprised he's not knocked out over yet. We both have mom and dad ones that we got when the kids were small but I use both of those. He has a couple of other ones.

I boxed up all but seven that I washed and realized I can also add some in the cup cupboard that's we only use when the larger ones are dirty. I'll switch and put the ones I'm keeping in there instead.

@MarshaMusselman We can go through a lot of coffee cups in a day as I just put them in the dishwasher until I have a load ready to wash.
