I decided to give me (and Luna) a delicious Sunday treat. I had bought some baby back ribs and they are now thawing.
I don´t mind if I eat them for dinner. I will not thaw them in the microwave oven or even in warm water. I want them perfect.
Normally I buy them in a 1 kilo pack. They should be enough for several people. Not here. I am addicted to them and Luna is addicted to the bones.
I have a small grill that can be placed over the range. There I let them cook slowly so that the fat fall down (the part I hate is to wash the grill later).
But I wonder if there is something better in the world than baby back ribs?

Our landlady would soak a dirty grill inside a garbage bag overnight, in bleach.

@kobesbuddy I also soak it overnight, but I do not use bleach.

When Leticia or Marcia were around, that was their job. Although, when Leticia was around, I waited for her to come to have them. She adored them too.

Baby back ribs are Jay's favorite food. He will be knocking at your front door begging for food!

@kobesbuddy When we were in Aruba with Coral ( @TheSojourner) there was this day of all the ribs you could eat at the restaurant by the pool. Coral said fine, but she would only have a salad. She got all my bones to munch while the waitress looked at us disapprovingly. But Coral has a way with people so at the end she accepted .

Here lamb is not easy to find. I like the leg (is it called that way?) baked.

@marguicha We would say a 'roast leg of lamb'. That is just about my second favourite.

We eat country style ribs (they are larger and have a lot more meat on the bones). Whatever kind of ribs you eat, they sure are good! We love them barbecued or with sauerkraut.

I an getting what I can now. Before the covid, I bought them at the farmers market and I got some with a lot of meat. These ones are more expensive and have more bones. AND they come in a beautiful package. I´m sure that also has a price.

They were delicious. I saved part for dinner and gave the bones to Luna.

@porwest Luna eats a lot of human food besides her dog food. She likes human food better.

Here they come in a package ready to grill. Before, I just went to one of those restaurants that had them.
