We're packed and ready

We have spent much of today preparing for a car boot sale which we plan to attend in the morning. Sellers can arrive from 6.30am and buyers from, I think, 8.00am. As you can see from the photo, we have a trailer full of items to sell and the car is also packed to the hilt with more fragile items. We need to get home by about midday as someone is coming to pick up the barbecue in the afternoon.
If we sell some of the items from the trailer, we will refill it for another car boot sale on Sunday morning. After that, we’ll be back to trying to sell our items on the local Buy and Sell FB site. We will also have another trailerload of things to take to the rubbish tip.
The new owners are coming on Sunday. I think they want some of the furniture but we’ll find out more when we speak to them.
It’s only 8.30pm here but I’ll be off to bed shortly as I was up very early. Perhaps I’ll sleep better tonight.

I hope you are very successful in selling everything at the boot sale. I wish you and Vince the best of luck in selling all the items you want to get rid of as you prepare to transition to the next phase of your life.

@DocAndersen No, we're not required to here. People signed in with a phone app and stalls were supposed to have sanitiser available which I think most did.

Nothing like a good yard sale. One person's garbage is another's treasure. I'm just kidding, I'm sure you have some wonderful items to sell. That's an old Flea Market saying...

@sharonelton We are home now and were very pleased with our efforts. Not everything sold but then we didn't think all of it would. However we did get rid of a lot of items.

Hope you sell all those items in your car and go back the next day with more.
Moving is a hassle but once it's over I'm sure you'll be happy in the new place.

We moved three times in a year once. It was horrendous. We were house-sitting while our place was being built but then the owner was transferred back and we had to rent for a few months.
