April 25 - What I'm Thankful for Today

This is the day the Lord has made and I WILL rejoice and be GLAD in it.
Today was a good day. I'm thankful I went to the store and bought brownies for the potluck. I didn't have any. I didn't intend to as I know those ones aren't good for me. We had Teen Challenge in our service today. Their testimonies of what God brought them out of and through are always heartwarming and something to rejoice about.
I'm thankful I have the notifications done and all caught up. I got them caught up before I went to church this morning. I've finished the ones that came in while I was away. It's always good to see what you're doing with your day.
That's my entire day so far. I plan to work on Vendetta. We'll see. I just might take the day off completely. I know I only have a few days left this month if I'm going to finish it by the end. If I get as many words as last week, I can see it getting finished. I still need to work out a few details. It always works out as I'm writing.

I took a week off here to work on my book. It's almost finished. So, right now, I'm a week behind, but not bad. I'll be caught up again soon.
I'm glad you're having a nice autumn day with your cat.

Best of luck with your book. I was thankful for a quiet day and that the heavy morning rain turned to sunshine in the afternoon.

Thank you. I didn't finish by the end of the month, but I can see it being finished soon.

I really love the Teen Challenge Ministry. We had them visit our church regularly, it was beautiful to hear what the Lord had done, to changes their broken lives! Each student told a heart touching story, of where they were before and how God had changed their life

Even though hubby is sick, I still was able to go to church by watching online. I am glad of that. I also have an old hymn running through my brain that started when I was asleep. Must be there for a reason.

I'm sure it is. I always have songs running through my mind. I'm sorry your hubby is sick but glad you could still enjoy the service online.

I'm thankful that it's nice today and my crew can get started on a big job. I'm thankful that I don't have problems with depression. I'm thankful that I can see the silver lining in many things or look at situations from the bubbles point of view as so many can't and get out let themselves get down but events in the world.

I am thankful for our church service this morning. And next week Pastor Sammy is going to open back up all services, not just Sunday School and morning services. Hoping that things go well when we do. Numbers here have been going down the past few weeks. Have a blessed evening.
