My Old Friend

Back in the day I was friends with a guy who was an anesthesiologist. I must admit that when he was around, we did have a good time. I cannot deny that. To this day we have some fond memories hanging out and visiting bars, and him telling stories. No one really ever got his stories. But they were still fun to listen to. I mean, all said, hanging out with an anesthesiologist was a lot of fun. But boy, could that guy put you to sleep.

I prefer it that way too. I know a few people where no matter how hard you try you can't get a word in edgewise. Those people, I swear, you could walk away and they'd still be talking and they'd never even know you'd left. My wife's sister is like that. And my father too. lol

No. This is totally a joke. Although, believe it or not, my accountant is the brother of cartoonists Glenn and Gary McCoy. That's pretty funny in and of itself if you ask me. As for my joke, I assure you I have not tendered my resignation yet at my day job, rest assured.
