Yummy Tuesday dinner

For tonight's dinner I will be frying up some beef kotleti (aka patties). I haven't made them in a while.
For the side, I will boil some angel hair pasta. I will drizzle some olive oil on top and chop up fresh parsley. I may add a pasta blend spice to it as well. Maybe even some ketchup. There's also sour cabbage in the fridge, so I may have some of that as well.
For dessert, there is panettone and gourmet cheese. Will have that with some herbal tea or maybe hibiscus flowers tea. I may put butter on the panettone.

For diner I´ll eat some snacks and cheeses. I eat big lunches but small dinners. Later on I will have another cup of coffee.

What kind of snacks? My dinner will be late today as hubby is stuck at work. He usually works till 5 pm on Tuesdays but he got held up by a lot.

@lovebuglena I also prefer the fine bulgur and I also like to saute with some onions in butter.

I love bulgur. I like to saute some onions in butter and add it to bulgur. I prefer the fine bulgur to the bigger one.

It was. And tonight's dinner will be the same as we have kotleti left over from Tuesday. Yesterday we ate out so didn't get to eat them.

Ground beef, one raw egg, and spices. That's it. I am not sure if a burger patty has egg in it.

@lovebuglena Most of the time, so far as I am aware, egg goes into a hamburger patty mixture. Mostly to help to bind the meat.

It was really good. Still have some kotleti left so will have the same thing today for dinner.
