Once Upon A Time A Special Delivery

Many years ago I had a girlfriend. She is of course now my ex. A few days after our breakup she came over for some lunch and we chatted about maybe reconciling. Ultimately we decided that the break up was the right decision.
But she did fully enjoy the sandwich that I fed her.
Before she left, I heard she was going past my buddy Tom's house and I had something I needed to drop off. I asked if she would mind delivering the package, and she said sure why not.
After she left I rang Tom and told him the package was on the way.
"How is it arriving?" he asked.
"Fed-Ex," I told him.

Quit telling jokes it is against myLot's guidelines
Posting jokes, recipes, "top lists", chain emails, or discussions consisting of only a quote.
This is where you will find out what kinds of behavior are accepted and unaccepted on myLot. When in doubt, remember the Golden Rule!

I hear ya. lol. But we all pretty much write jokes around here in one form or another, so I guess a lot of posts would be subject to being in violation of the guidelines. Probably 25% of @myklj999 posts are essentially, by definition, jokes.
Some of the guidelines don't make sense anyway and they can come and shackle me if they want. Or just delete my post.
Besides, this one is a Jim Bauer original. I thought of it while discussing something we were shipping Fed-Ex today and it just came to me, so I decided to share it.
Besides. We don't even have to call this a joke do we? This is simply a post which further serves to illustrate my personality and my sense of humor. 
Absolute WORST case scenario I will just lie and repost it if they DO delete it and add the tag line, "True story, believe it or not." lol
