Good Morning 5/7

Today is another day that is going to feel like late March overcast and will not get out of the mid 60's all day and is supposed to go into the 30's this evening. It is all fine with me. I hate hot, humid weather. I am going to make pancakes for dinner tonight. I hadn't had them all winter, and might as well before it gets too warm. What is your weather forecast? What will you have for your evening meal?

What is your weather forecast? It is summer so it is expected to be very hot.
What will you have for your evening meal? Had pork tonkatsu for dinner.

It is mid spring here and not very warm at all. A jacket might not be required, but since it may rain later I will probably wear one. Pork tonkatsu sounds very exotic.

@snowy22315 it is a Japanese dish. Basically, deep fried breaded pork.
Good idea to wear a jacket.

Desert regions usually get higher temps much earlier than most other places and we rarely get as cold as those other places in Fall or Winter.

I saw some deer walking past where my cauliflower plants are. I was holding my breath but I don't think they took a nibble. I need to put something on them as a deterent...maybe some soapy water.

You're right about it being like March weather but I would take more sixty degree days. We've had temps in the forties mostly and a few hours in the fifties.
Next week the pretense of rain is leaving and we may see some sixties again.
I prefer it at least in the seventies.

This time of year at least here, it should be sunny and in the 70's. We haven't had a lot of days like that.

@MarshaMusselman Our weather here seems to vary alot this time of year. I know one year it was hot by Easter and stayed brutally hot all summer, other times it is still coolish until mid June. Then unfortunately, July and August which I hate make up for it. We will see what happens this year seems a bit early to tell. I know this cool weather will be lasting awhile though...yay, yay!

@snowy22315 I don't know what the average is here but certainly at least the fifties and sixties and not freezing temps every night. We can have cold weather until memorial day but it's not always.

We have sun today and the temperatures are similar to yours.
Tonight I'm having eggplant parm with spaghetti and I'm really looking forward to it.

@snowy22315 Yes a riding mower. I use to push mow it when we first bought our home but it took me a couple days to get it cut as it is just under an acre and back then I worked 40+ hours a week.
