Is it an Orchids or Not?

I am confused now if it is an orchids or not. I have deleted my plant app because it was not functioning well and so I am looking for a new plant app to upload.
I got this plant from my son for Mother’s Day. The leaves and the branches are looking like that of an orchids but the flowers is a bit different. I think I should ask my sister what kind of plant it is. She is working in the orchids company in the Netherlands.
Anyway, it is still a beautiful plant and I love it.
How’s your day? Tomorrow, Thursday, is Father’s Day in Germany. I don’t know yet if my son will come tomorrow for dinner or lunch. Well, we are at home anyway.

Thank you very much @CarolDM. Dendrobium orchids is what my sister told me last night when I asked her on fb.after posting the discussion here on Mylot. This is the same link I have read after that.
What plant ID App are you using? I used Plantsnap app last time but it was not working well and so I deleted it.

I do not know but they could be orchids. There are many different types of orchids and they all do not look alike,

My friend told me that she has this orchids.
It is Dendrobium Nobile orchids as what my sister and @CarolDM told me.

Part of my favorite thing about walking is to view all the pretty flowers. I also smell honey suckle now.

It is called Dendrobium Nobile orchids @mildredtabitha. No, it doesn't smell a lot. Only a light smell and I have to dig my nose on it.
