Boneless Pork Chops for Dinner

Dinner is almost ready. Having boneless baked pork chops. Mashed potatoes, gravy and homemade biscuits.
Another easy dinner that is delicious. I like a light coating on the pork chops. And they are never dry in the oven. Very good.
You cannot go wrong with these sides either. Favorites for sure.

@CarolDM I tried to get my husband to make pork chops with Shake 'n Bake; but he wants to make them like his mother made them (and how I make them); and he thinks they're too much work (they are).

Looks so delicious! I've only a frozen beef pot pie & corn on the cob, frozen ones. Tell me I'm how do you manage to have such a wonderful coating? Mine always falls off!!!

@CarolDM I like that too when it's crispy. But you know what I like the one with bone in too as I love munching the meat that sticks to the bone.
