Hello friends, how is your day going on.
I just finished lunch . It's ridgegourd in the picture from the garden.
Today's menu is ridgegourd dal (lentils) , curd and rice. It's too hot same like yesterday 42 degrees Celsius ..so much of sweat as well...

That looks like a young luffa gourd. I didn't know you could eat those.

@prashu228 Mom used to grow them. She dried them and peeled the shell off and used them for bath sponges.

Wow! That's a healthy and fresh ridge gourd. What a coincidence! We too had ridge gourd dal today in lunch. I got the ridge gourd from the organic farm of my friend and it was quite tasty.
