Weird!

The house just shook enough to cause the interior doors to rattle on their hinges... When we looked outside there was a helicopter hovering over the house with searchlights shining down into our back yard. Come on, 'fess up... Did one of you plant uhm... anything they might be looking for in our neighborhood? I am wondering if the police are chasing someone through the yards here. Maybe we'll hear about it on the radio this morning. The picture has nothing to do with the subject matter. Photo isn't mine...

@DaddyEvil Not the best smell to deodorize a room. I hope that it was not a problem with a neighbor. I hear an helicopter from this morning, but they are moving some fallen trees up in the high hills.

I've been telling some others that JJ left some "room deodorizer" here. No, we haven't found out yet what was going on. The helicopter went over our house three times between 4:30 am and 4:45 am. After we looked outside I made sure the windows and doors were locked.

@LadyDuck It leaves the rooms a little hazy, and the smell really sticks around. Pretty and I've gone to get groceries twice today, so far. We still don't know what they were doing. All the neighbors are fine.

@DaddyEvil I hope so, it would avoid them to do agriculture inside houses. About 10 years ago a farmer squatted one of my houses. He repainted the floor of a living room in green and forgot to pay the bill for electricity (more than 1000 euros).

We were more curious than anything. When we went back in, I did make sure all the windows and doors were locked, though. The only thing we could think of was that the police were chasing someone.

Maybe, but no prisons around here. The closest one is 40 miles (about 65 km) from here. It's possible they were chasing someone in a car that got away so they called in the helicopter to look for them, though.
