Jack -Fruit is quite popular in many parts of the world and locally it's called kathar but to be frank I have never tasted it. I am not sure why my parents never tried it and when I was away from my parents I never planned to try it either but now I am planning to try it someday and will see how I can have it because I came to know about lots of Good things about it.
Do you like Jack Fruit? How do you prepare it?

We have jack fruit trees and this is the time to harvest. Due to lockdown we could not get anyone but our neighbour harvested a few and we distributed.

Jackfruit is common in the Philippines and we call it Nangka in Cebuano and it is very tasty especially if it is sweet.
