To all those that celebrate: Happy Father's Day!
First a little bit of info about the little cutie in the picture. He is a Finnish Spitz puppy. We have always had Spitz breed dogs -- Norwegian Elkhounds, Norwegian Buhunds and Pomeranians. I showed this picture to hubs; and he said "NO!" You see, the Finnish Spitz dogs are known for their barking; and they even have a barking contest for this breed! :-)
The wedding yesterday was great. The ceremony was outside under a pavilion; but the rain had stopped by then anyway; and the sun came out during the reception. The reception was inside the building...very nice...with air conditioning. The bride is a longtime friend of our little housekeeper who is my husband's second cousin. Our little housekeeper was the Maid of Honor. The food was good -- pizza for the cocktail "hour", then we had spaghetti, chicken Marsala, green beans, potatoes, rolls and a salad. They played a lot of 60s and 70s music -- right up my alley; and everyone seemed to have a great time. They had a cupcake "cake"; but we left before anyone dove into that.
An interesting thing about the wedding...there wasn't one mask. Ohio has now lifted all restrictions; so I guess that takes care of THAT!
Nothing going on until this coming Thursday when we will take the other car in for service and then go out to eat.

Great that the wedding turned out to be good. It's weird to me that pizza and spaghetti were at the wedding as that's messy food. Easy to stain yourself. Did everyone at the reception have a place to sit? I still can't believe that the Syrian wedding we went to did not have enough tables to accomodate every guest at the reception.

@lovebuglena They had assigned seats; and we were the furthest away from the buffet line. Hubs had to get my plate for me. It was quite a large place and tables were placed far apart...social distancing.

So adorable, but barkers are a no-no in my book. One of my grand doggies is a Norwegian Buhund.
Glad you enjoyed the wedding. Everyone at my granddaughter’s Bat Mitzvah was vaccinated, so no masks necessary, although they were available for those who wanted them.
Wonder Father’s Day and birthday, but my week is jam packed.

They can be trained not to bark. Yes, I know about the Buhund; and the other is a Shiba Inu -- both Spitz breeds; and I love them both. We had our busy week last week. Only one appointment for this week.

Sounds like a nice wedding, and pretty fun party afterwards. I remember going to one outdoor wedding, my cousin's a couple years ago.
We may go bowling tonight, we'll see.

Very cute photo. I am glad you had such a great time at the wedding, It sounds like it was a lot of fun, No celebrations here but on the Latvian calendar today is my Name's Day the day when Rasma appears on the Latvian calendar so I day of memories from Latvia,
