Yesterday was a good day for food and exercise. Even though I didn't go to the Y yesterday, I still managed over 20K steps. It helped that it didn't rain so I could get outside and walk. Here are the numbers, beginning with my weight. Wake-Up Weight - 175.6 After Exercise Weight - 174.6 Calories Burned Exercise - 195 Minutes Walk - 42 Minutes - 229 Foot Cycle - 54 Minutes - 278 Steps - 21558 Calories Burned - 2382 Calories Consumed Breakfast 1 Banana 2 Eggs 1 Slice Turkey Bacon 1 Cantaloupe Wedge Apple Slices Total - 366 Snack Jam Sandwich - Keto Paleo Bread with homemade Strawberry Jam Total - 270 Lunch 1 Flounder 3 Servings Riced Cauliflower and Sweet Potatoes Lettuce/Berry Salad - Lettuce, Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Onion, Tomato, Baby Bella Mushrooms, Dairy-Free Cheddar Cheese, Dairy-Free Mozzarella Cheese Total - 670 Grand Total - 1306 Net - -1076 That's my day. That's typical, though I don't usually have cantaloupe or apple slices.

@just4him That's what I mean. That list of foods seems like it would be more than 300-ish calories. Eggs alone are like 85 calories a piece I think.

@NJChicaa Eggs are 70, banana 90, turkey bacon 45, cantaloupe wedge 34, sliced apples, about a cup or equal to one apple 57.
