Yesterday was a good day for food and exercise. Even though I didn't go to the Y yesterday, I still managed over 20K steps. It helped that it didn't rain so I could get outside and walk. Here are the numbers, beginning with my weight.

Looks like you're doing really good for yourself. Got my steps in early today, which is always nice considering it was a run around day.

@just4him Yes and it's advisable to go on walking exercise while it's raining. Better stay at home.

Yesterday I'm at work and walk home. Walking is also a good exercise for your body.

I feel like I ate too much today and no exercise either
