My daughters first driving lesson

After my daughter woke up around 1 I made her bagels. Then she got dressed and my son, my daughter and I went down to the new coffee shop in town. It closed at 1 :(
So I took my son home and took my daughter to the school for her first driving lesson. She went about 5 miles per hour literally lol. Once she came close to hitting a light pole, another a guardrail and another a dumpster but I didn’t think it was too bad. She’ll get the hang of it. We practiced for 35 minutes.
By the time I got home my ankles were already swelling. I was hoping my husband was going to make us all dinner but he just made meat stuff for him and the boys :/ So I made fettuccine and corn for my daughter and I.
I didn’t sleep much at all last night as usual so I’m exhausted today. I was so hot which I thought was odd with having a sunburn I figured I’d be really chilly.
Tomorrow I have to take my daughter to her boyfriends house. They are planning to go to the movies. Since it’s an hour drive I’ll go geocaching in the area then pick her up 5 hours later or so and bring her home. Hopefully my feet don’t swell too bad.

@misunderstood_zombie I love yellow and orange flowers, not a color I would buy for a dress.

I also thought the flowers were beautiful. I normally don't like that color very much but on this flower it works perfectly.

@RebeccasFarm I thought they were very pretty too. I have tiger Lily's that grow in my yard but they aren't as pretty as these kind of Lily's I dont think.

@thelme55 something I ate last night gave me little flesh colored bumps all over the top of my feet. It itched so very bad. I had to resort to taking Benedryl. I slept a full night for the first time during this pregnancy. My feet were still a little swollen from it this morning though. I had a lot of housework to do unfortunately but I've gotten about two hours today where I was able to elevate my feet.

@CarolDM yes they are very vibrant!
There's never much time where I'm able to rest. The housework piles up so fast. I washed one floor but can't do the other two today it's to much on my belly getting down on my hands and knees to wash them.

If they had brown "freckles" on the petals, they would be tiger lilies. But they're nice enough on their own. Did you find anything else interesting while geocaching?

@snowy22315 yes it is very nerve wracking. My husband has been using my car the past two days so we haven't been out driving again. I don't get much free time with cooking cleaning appointments etc.

My grandson just started learning to drive too so I know what you mean. Pretty soon your daughter will be driving really well.

They grow so fast. My granddaughter just received her license and it feels like she should still be in elementary school.

@prashu228 thank you. I drove her to his house today. They are going to the movies again. Usually I stay in the area and go geocaching but my feet are swelling to much to do anything so he will bring her home tonight.
