Do you wash your raw chicken before cooking it?
Apparently, this is a no-no, as it can contaminate other foods by splash-back in the sink.
Personally, I've never washed chicken, and can't remember my mother ever doing...

Apparently, this is a no-no, as it can contaminate other foods by splash-back in the sink.

Yes, David Clayton Thomas died peacefully yesterday in St Michael's hospital in Toronto. No cause of death was immediately disclosed, but he was 84.
edited to add "complications from ongoing cancer".
