More than 8 Hours Of Sleep

Normally I don't get this because of sleeping late or need wake up early or I woke up little too early but today was a different day. Yesterday I felt sleepy early so I slept around 9.30 pm and today I woke up with alarm around 6 Am so it's more than 8 hours and feeling great about it. I think the cooler weather has something to do with it plus the extra work I did in the previous days at work also. Do you like to sleep for more than 8 hours if possible and feel greatful for that?

It is hot and humid here after two days of rain and pleasant weather (Tuesday-Wednesday). I also sometimes sleep more than 8 hours on the weekends to compensate my sleep which I lack on the weekdays.

@Butterfingers Today it seems that clouds and sunshine are playing hide and seek. Clouds come and go but no rains. It is hot as well as very humid! May be we might be lucky with some late evening rains.

@Butterfingers Light drizzle often leads to higher humidity and discomfort. What is needed are heavier rains, although too heavy rains can lead to waterlogging.

I usually sleep for six to seven hours at most, eight hours is a bit too much for me.

Yes i do like sleeping for more than 8 hours a day but the regression i face after waking up makes me very uncomfortable Hence i do not sleep for more than 8 hours

Yes that is great that you had a very nice sleep. I do have 8 hours of sleep daily usually. Even if i stay late , I would wake up late also.

Yes I would like to sleep more than 8 hours if I get a chance. I feel tired if I don't get sleep of 6-7 hours.

I'm usually good with about 7 hours of sleep. Glad you were able to get in 8 hours of sleep. Feeling good after some good sleep is wonderful isn't it

I usually only sleep 4 hours a night, but since covid and going to the final session of college I always try to sleep 8 hours so that my stamina is always good, even though for almost a week I was sick with a fever but thank God now I'm gradually recovering
