Life is sometimes not fair

Some days ago I mentioned about how a Grandma was missing from her family. She had angry words with her hubby and I guess, grabbed their pooch and the car keys and drove off.
That was July 3rd. The third of July.
It is July 29th where I live. It's the evening, the sun starting to set.
Nope. No Grandma. All those days and no Grandma. Those poor folks, granddaughter, daughter, I hope Grandpa, must be crazy with fear and grief and loss and horror. I can't imagine. They continue to hope and to look and to search. I hope they get an answer, even if its the worst case scenario.

@sallypup The grandma might have shut it off. If she can still drive she is still able physically.

@sallypup Can you imagine if she were that miffed and did this on purpose? Oh gosh, it would be a relief to know she was indeed safe and alive, but still I might be a little mad at Grandma for pulling that. I truly hope she is found - doing just fine, that is.

@sallypup She might know someone who took her in and hid her vehicle in a garage. Here marriage could has been terribly miserable! I knew of a woman, she just up and left. Jeannie had been unhappy for many years and Harold wondered why she left!

@changijiangzhibin89 They have reported to the police. Each state has its own police system. She could be in four different states.

@Vikingswest I agree with you. My Sonny James kitty suddenly ran out the door and was missing for eight days. I went nuts. I walked into the snow and ice, looking for even a body. Thank God he finally showed up on my deck, well and normal.

I had just given a pup to a friend and they called frantic that she'd got loose.
I spent 11 days looking for that pup but found her about a mile from my friend's house.
I was out every minute I wasn't working or sleeping.
We kept her.

It doesn't sound good. Confused old folks go missing from time to time around here as well, but are almost always found safely.

@marguicha The family of the Grandma has called several police departments and so far no one has found her.

Not knowing is the worst part about any tragic loss, such as this one. When a child comes up missing, my heart almost drops into my stomach

Aaaah, that is so sad!!! I'm so sorry... I'm sure she's okay. Sometimes all we need is a little bit of space to gather our thoughts... Something must have happened in order for her to just up and leave like that. Everything is going to be okay, you'll see...xx
