Wanted something quick and easy for dinner. Had some tuna salad in the frig. Decided on a tuna melt.
I make mine like a grilled cheese on top of the stove. Add the tuna and cheese. I use whatever cheese I have on hand. Swiss is good. Did not need extra mayo, was already mixed in the tuna salad.
Easy peasy, dinner is done. I had a kosher pickle on the side. Dinner was served.

@CarolDM It was okay but wasn't my favoite. I like some onions, green and red bell peppers, mushrooms and black olive topping on there too. This one was all meat and hubby's choice. I got to choose ice cream flavor though so that will make up for it!

I'm not sure I've ever had a tuna melt before, but it looks and sounds delicious! I'm a big fan of grilled cheese sandwiches, so I'm sure I would love a tuna melt.
