This crock pot recipe for Sweet Hawaiian Chicken makes it very easy with only three ingredients.
3-4 Boneless Chicken Breast
1- 16 oz bottle of BBQ Sauce
1-can (8 oz) diced pineapple drained
(*You can substitute the BBQ sauce with soy sauce and brown sugar if you prefer.)
Combine all together. Cook on low in Crock pot 6-8 hours...that's it.
You could add peppers, onions, whatever veggies you like as well.
Serve with rice and you have a complete, easy meal.

@CarolDM I am too. I love chicken. It took years of my mother thinking I had motion sickness on the way home from Grandma's only to realize I am allergic to chicken. Something my grandma made often.
Yes, it will be delicious. I expect him to show up soon.

Probably lasts you 5-6 meals--I would have it all in one sitting which is why I have to watch what I cook!

Sounds great minus the pineapple....I could make this with sugar free BBQ in the future..

@CarolDM probably not, but things that are good and not bad for you, often aren't!

That sounds good. All the recipes for this have called for the brown sugar and hubby absolutely will not try it. He would do this.

@CarolDM I"d probably put green onions in. I love those. It is weird, I meant to say green peppers. Why did it come out onions? lol. Either would be good though!

That is right up my alley!! You know I'm stealing your idea and making it one day this week. I haven't had that in ages and do remember it being soooo good.
