I have a new lead teacher this year. We had a lot of turnover last year and it was chaotic. I do best with a more mature lead teacher, and Vicki is more experienced and mature. Our room is a pleasant place to be. We will not be having pull out of the kids for a week or so. I kind of hate that I am going to be taking time off, but I need to so I heal properly. I think it is good to get it over with before we have our schedules all set up. I hope I remember to take some pictures as it is such a neat set up for us all.

That's good that you have a good lead teacher. She could make all the difference between a good and not-so-good place to work.

Always a good thing when you like your coworkers. Now, remind me, what needs healing?

Yeah, this huge cyst that got to about the size of a half dollar. My doctor will cut it out Monday afternoon after work. I have enough sick hours that I will take five work days off. Later I will follow up with a dermatologist. I am glad it is my husband looking at it and not me. It started to drain a lot last Monday and it is gross.
