Brisk Walking Day

Actually, my brisk walking is on a daily basis. My doctor told me this simple exercise to maintain the blood circulation of my body. I sometimes feel lazy but I need to since I did not go out for almost 2 months. The culprit is having random dizziness and hypertension. So I need to listen to her's advice. Any plans for doing exercises today? Do you like doing it? Image Credit: c.tenor.com

Because of the hot weather, I didn't do it. I just walk around the house and decided to do it tomorrow instead.

@Shavkat Wise decision. Could never be too careful when it comes to our body being compromised.

Honestly, I did not do brisk walking today. Why? I am so sleepy and need to have enough sleep.

Pretty and I were walking early every morning but have stopped this last two weeks... And yes, we both enjoyed it a lot. I hope you're feeling better and are enjoying your walks, too.

I am doing fine now. How about you? Today, I was not able to do it. I am so preoccupied and need to take a nap.

@DaddyEvil When I got sick for almost 3 months, my company deactivated the bookings of my online students. Now, they are having dilemmas in China. With this matter, I am trying to find a new job if my company will not reactivate the account online.

@Shavkat I missed some discussions you've posted? Why are you preoccupied? I hope you have a good nap, Shavkat. I had another minor heart attack... the doctor told me to rest and not do anything "strenuous"... Pretty took that to mean no walking for a while... so I'm sitting or lying around reading, editing some manuscripts and eating... I'm bored.

Can I ask where are you from? I also consider that matter, too. When I was so sick 2 months back, I do yoga instead of walking outside. By the way, welcome to myLot.

Walking is a good exercise. We need to continue walking around the subd. There were mornings that I go out with the kids. But stopped doing it because of the news that there are streets in the subd that have covid cases.

We really need to be vigilant with these covid cases. I failed to go out today because of laziness. I will do it tomorrow. Did you have your vaccines?

I have become slower when it comes to walking and had me discourage because of my gout. Good thing my brother gave me one of his bikes, it was more comfortable than walking.

maybe you can do stretching if you don't feel like walking?

It is also a good option. It seems you can read my mind. I did not go out and do some stretching. Then, do some walking around the house.

Does running slow not produce the same? Whereas it's the same move
