What is the best thing you ever won?

My best thing was an all expenses paid trip to Florida including airfare, rental car and lodging. The trip was for two, so I could bring a friend. That was pretty good. I also once won a king size quilt, and numerous smaller prizes at different times. I haven't won anything in recent years though, outside of a few bucks on a lottery ticket. What is the best thing you have won?

decades ago I won a weed eater but I never figured out how to use it so I gave it to a friend. I wish I had one now.

My dad won a large cash prize like 2,000 dollars and bought a fancy riding lawnmower a few years ago It was ..at a football game my nephew was playing in the band at halftime.. We were all there. Of course now, due to his dementia, I don't think he is really capable of using it. He only used it maybe a year total.

Hmm... have you considered inviting @myklj999 to visit? I'm not sure if he eats weed, but I bet he could smoke it all fairly quickly.

I cannot remember that I ever won something expensive or interesting. My Mother won a car and a Persian rug, she was a lucky woman.

@snowy22315 I remember that the Bank called saying she had won the car and I think it was because my parents bought Alfa Romeo shares and the company each year extracted the name of 5 people for a free car.

I participated in several competitions (blogging, video competition, face mask design, etc) and I won gift cards. But the best thing I have won is a trip to Japan and a mobile phone. I think I had better luck when the competition is related to writing and blogging.

@snowy22315 I did research on past winners, I learn a lot from them. The trip to Japan was sponsored by a car dealer, lucky me my dad has use the same brand for years so I wrote the article based on personal experience. But if the winner is selected based on random pick, I never win anything.

I don't usually win anything perhaps I seldom take part in any competition or lucky draw. I guess the best thing I have ever won was a book. I attended a course, and the book was the grand prize.

I won $5,000 on a scratch ticket. I win small stuff all the time. Never anything big. But I am grateful for anything I win.

I would take it! Second prize in that Florida contest was 500.00. At the time, I would have rather had that, but going to Fla. Is always fun to do in he winter.

That's great you won an all-expenses-paid trip to Florida. The only thing I can remember winning, and not the best thing, was a bottle of champagne at the command Christmas party, three years in a row. I don't drink. My husband drank it alone.

Gee, its a sha!e you couldn't enjoy what you won. I feel that way about the quilt I never liked it. UT is gathering dust somewhere. I should have given it Way or sold it. I think next time I go to PA.. I will do just that.

During my High school days ,particularly my second year in High school, I always win as Best in subjects, it means I get higher grades among my class mates, even on other sections. Also, My group which I lead, always win in question and answer games related on our lessons. Those are the best things I ever won during my teen age days. As an adult now, I won my husband's heart, I mean all of him. I mean to say, I am lucky with my husband. And I will always be forever winner having my adorable child.
