New Apartment

I spent the morning moving boxes to my new home. One plus is they have flatbeds to help with moving. It made it easy. I have the kitchen almost finished and the bathroom almost finished too. My son called me soon after I got home to relax and call it a day. He's going to be here with his girlfriend to help take more boxes over. I should have most of the moving done today. My friend at the pool said I won't be there tomorrow because I'll be too tired. She could be right. My back hurts from all the lifting I've done this morning. I know I lifted way over my limit. I have a 20# lifting restriction on my back. Above you see the collage from my apartment. My bedroom turned out dark, though the closet turned out well. I looked in the storage closet that comes with the apartment. It has enough room for me to store everything I have in the closets right now. I won't need to use the two closets for storage. That will be a first. I really love my new apartment. I already put my plant on the balcony. You might be able to just see it there. Okay, that's my day so far. How's your day going. Thank you. Yes, it is. I'm meeting new people every time I go over. One moved in two weeks ago. One day, I'll remember everyone's name. Everyone is so friendly. It's going to be a pleasure living there.

@divalounger The people are so friendly. They tell everyone about the new person, so when I meet them, one will tell the other, this is the new person I told you about, Valerie. It's great. Unlike anywhere else I've lived, everyone knows everyone. It's awesome!

Day is going fine. Love the looks of your new place.. When it snows you should get some awesome winter photos from your patio. So that place from what I read allows small pets. How is the laundry situation thee in case you needed to do a load somewhere else than uour sons?. Looking forward to seeing the pictures after you got everything in place.

So glad to hear you have the laundry so close and unless you want to do some at your son's place you won't have to climb the stairs. Are you on the first or second floor as it is a little hard to tell by the picture.
