Time check 1:19 PM. Why am I going to bed at noon?
I work in the night shift to mirror the business hours in the US, Pacific time. My work starts at 1:30 AM here, 10:30 AM PDT.
I am ready to sleep, on my bed but still wanted to post this and play mobile game.
Have a great day or night to you.

We who live in Hawaii, the last place on Earth for New Years, must remember, everyone is ahead in time zones. We don't have day light savings time too. People who work in stock market locally, get up very early morning for work.

Most of the time, Hawaii is lovely. During summer, it can get humid warm when you'd like to be in air conditioning place. We have hurricane watch June - Nov. Home is home.

@merrybelle2021 hmm..yes. One of my friends works in a US-based call center for the last 15 years and he has not stayed in the night at home for years.

That's why other seek Australian call centers so they're on dayshift, though earlier than regular offices.

I felt too sleepy too this noon so I took a nap which I seldom do...
I woke up at past 2 this morning and started working. Maybe I have to stay up a little later this evening so that I will not wake up too early tomorrow...

@cacay1 It's good you have 8 hours of sleep during this pandemic...
I think I only get around 4 to 5 hours of sleep.. If I sleep too early, I wake up in the middle of the night and it's hard for me to go back to sleep... That's why I try to sleep a little late, like 10 or 11 and I wake up at 3 in the morning... I feel that's already enough for me.

I think some people take melatonin to help them sleep. They say it works as fast as 15 mins.

I don't take it. I am not sure if it is healthy to take.

Though it is late night shift, I feel like I need more sleep at night.

Is it hard to work the night shift and be awake in your country while everyone else is sleeping?

It is difficult to be working in the evening. Focus is very important.

Do I like night shift? I think I loved it before. I was on a night shift for 4 Years straight. And then good thing I was able to try morning shifts.
