The Unusual Food in Asia

In Japan, they love to eat tuna's eyes, either raw or steam them with soy sauce and garlic.
In India, they use lamb's brains in curry or fried them with eggs and tomatoes.
In China, they love to eat exotic foods, such as bats, frogs, etc.
In the Philippines, we love to eat street foods, such as 'beta max' (pig's blood), 'isaw' (chicken's small intestines), etc.

I've eaten frogs. They are usually cooked to a spicy taste. I didn't eat snakes. However, some areas in southern China like to eat snake meat. Bats may be eaten by few people
