Delicious Honey Crisp Apples

I always try to keep apples. The last time I was at the store, they were out of my favorite red delicious apples. So I got these honey crisp. Usually they are not as sweet and too tart for my taste. These are really good. They taste exactly like the red delicious ones I usually get. Very satisfied. Enjoyed a good and healthy snack just now.

I love pears too. Apples are also a favorite. My grandmother had lots of pear trees growing up. Always had them raw, cobbler and perserves.

Apples are one of my favorite healthy snacks to keep on hand, too. My husband is a big fan of them, so it helps to keep him out of other things (i.e., his beloved cookies).

Oh that was good that these taste not too tart. Yeah I do not like tartness in apples. I love the Galas and the Red Delicious too.

Yes I wonder if maybe they were not labeled correctly. Tasted like Gala's as well as red delicious.

@CarolDM The pink lady has a more dense flesh and it is more tasty and sweet than the red delicious. The red delicious has a more tough and thick skin. It's good to be peeled and added to salads.
