Baked Pork Chops for Dinner

Decided on baked pork chops and mashed potatoes for dinner. Maybe biscuits as well, not sure yet.
The rain has stopped. I hope for a cool weekend. And maybe a good movie later.
Enjoy your weekend everyone. The butterflies are still in my garden at sunset.
Enjoying the little things for as long as possible.

Those look really delicious. I don't get to have pork chops very often. Pretty won't eat them so we don't buy them.

The mashed potatoes sound good. I like mashed potatoes, but I rarely make them since I would be the only one eating them.

@CarolDM My husband loves potatoes with the exception of mashed. He can be a seriously strange one sometimes.

We had steak and homemade fries (mom had baked potatoes) last night 15th and shake n bake chicken and homemade fries/ baked potato tonight
