Since coming home from work I have been a bit focused on food.
I decided what we wanted for supper and got it ready
I paid some bills.
Best of all, I made banana bread.
I forget how easy this recipe is. Delicious too.
I hope I sleep as well tonight as I did last night. I had more energy today.

You and your hubby should have come visiting us when you got home. I made smoked turkey, mashed potatoes and bought rolls from Wally World. You could have brought the banana bread for dessert. YUM!!

@GardenGerty Right now, I wouldn't actually let you in the house. After the pandemic, if you'd like to come visit, I'd be pleased to cook for you and your hubby.

I put it off a long time as well. I had the bananas in the freezer, then I thawed them, then I procrastinated.

I really like this recipe. It is just very easy. I accidentally left out the sugar once and it was still very good.

I need to look those up. I may have actually looked them up in the past.

I noticed in the thread that you froze the bananas, thawed them out, then procrastinated some more. That sounds a bit like me when it comes to making banana bread. I mean well, but I end up making banana pudding instead.
I hope you slept well last Thursday and have continued to sleep well during the nights since, and I hope your energy levels have been up as well.

I probably have more bananas hidden in the freezer, but I am always glad to have them on hand. I hate to waste them. On the other hand, life happens and sometimes they become smoothies.
