So, it looks like animals can get it too

Animals can get Covid and die from the complications of it just like humans. This article about the three snow leopards at a US Zoo shocks me and is concerning. I recently heard another story about a regular cat getting Covid but I was wondering how legit the article was. This snow leopard story is in all the main online newspapers.

Yes I read about a zoo's entire population of tigers testing positive for it.

Yes, there are stories in the news now about pets getting it from their humans... And somebody posted an article on myLot a few days ago about wild deer in the US testing positive for Covid, too.

I don't always know what's real or fake anymore. However, it's well-known that COVID orginally came from animals and was transmited to humans. Well, the science isn't exactly that black and white, but that's the general idea.

That is sad that animals can get covid to. I have had my two shots and will go and make an appointment for the booster on Monday.

I know that animals can get Covid, also domestic animals were contaminated. Thousand of minks had to be killed in Denmark because contaminated.

Supposedly animals passing on covid to humans is what started the pandemic. That’s what was said at the beginning.

That's really scary. I would feel so awful if my dog would get that from me. I was actually talking about animals and if they can catch it from humans last night. Now seeing this it's scary.

I didn't knew about that. But if that news is right then most probably COVID is spreading from humans to animals and if it becomes vice versa then the situation will be more alarming.

Yes, this is very concerning. Zoos try very hard to increase the population of their animals, especially the ones that are endangered species.
