Baked Pork Chops For Dinner

Was on the phone awhile today with a friend. Helped her out by listening. Has been a nice day. Mostly sunshine all day. Will be cold later, in the 20's. Cooked boneless pork chops, mashed potatoes and green beans for dinner. It was very good and hit the spot. Hope you all had a good day and weekend.

I can't find organic pork chops but I did try to find some a while back. You have a way of making me crave them, your's look really delicious.

I find organic chicken and hamburger meat at Costco and if I want other kinds of meat like elk or something I go to Natural Grocers. I usually stick with Costco though.

I had homemade fries and two fortune cookies, fiance had Chinese sweet n sour chicken, and my mom made a grilled cheese (then they both had cinnamon rolls for dessert). Mom mentioned making pork chops a few days ago though. Hm.

I've had enough of the cold already.

Awful early in the season to say that, isn't it? Nothing like a great meal, is there? I had breakfast for dinner, and I'm enjoying hot tea for dessert.

That is a great comfort meal on a cold day. I will be making cheeseburgers, onion straws and a salad for us. Been a while since I made us a cheeseburger.

I'm glad you were there for your friend. A good listener is what we all need at times.

I only cook these for 20 minutes. You can cover with foil but they won't be crispy.
