A have had cramps lately and I told you all about them.
Several of you talked about the pickle juice. And Anna remembered that avocados were good to get rid of them.
When I was in Aruba with Coral (@TheSojourner )she once made a wonderful dressing for a green salad with different kinds of juices from jars we had, including some dill pickles.
So now I made a dressing with homemade mayo (a teaspoon) and pickle juice to have with a green salad made with lettuce, avocado and celery.
BTW, ever since I ran to the kitchen to eat a dill pickle early in the morning, I haven´t had such terrible cramps. I don´t know if it is a matter of faith or if it really works. I don´t mind as long as the cramps are not there.
Now I will go to watch TV for a while. See you later. Or maybe I´ll just doze off and come back tomorrow.
Sleep tight, friends.

@marguicha I hope I can do that, too. Not all my family members love pickles.

It helped me a lot and I did not mind if doctors say that it is not "scientifically proven"

@marguicha They say that about quite a few things but those 'things' still help people.
