I had a cabbage salad with canned salmon in it. It was very filling. And then I had a cup of coffee and cranberry farmer cheese. How many cups of coffee do you drink a day? Your breakfast looks delicious. It's making me hungry.

@lovebuglena Is "that" a reference to four cups of coffee? Remember that @Just4Him and I are launching a campaign to eliminate the word "that" from the English language. Four cups of coffee is OK for me. I'll launch into a discussion of how too much coffee robs us of the neurotransmitter GABA, making us anxious, only if you ask me to.

I thawed some of the Asian Stew from the freezer this morning. It was delicious. I went to sleep at 10 am and Pretty woke me up at noon to take her shopping... then Walmart didn't have the items she was hunting for. I haven't been able to go back to sleep, so am tired... I hope you have a nice day at work.

I had a protein shake for breakfast, homemade taco salad using mixed greens without the chips for lunch and same for dinner. Today is better. Still a bit of cough but doing well. It was frozen this morning but the sun popped out so I spent time outside enjoying raking, sweeping and just breathing fresh air.
