I got out to the gym this morning and walked the treadmill a bit. I didn’t want to stay away and lose my strength. So since I’m feeling somewhat better I’m starting back slowly and hope it will help me feel stronger.
While I haven’t been doing much else I’m reading Point of Origin by Patricia Cornwell. It’s about a woman who works with law enforcement to determine how death occurs in fires. She goes into burned out buildings and searches for dead bodies, dissects them in a lab determines if they were murdered before the fire was lit. It’s all interesting. What are you reading and how interesting is the book?

The story in the book that you are reading looks interesting. I have the books "Rocky II", "Rocky III', "Rocky IV" as well as the late baseball umpire Ron Luciano called "The Umpire Strikes Back."

@RubyHawk The books give more details than the movie does since the characters true feelings come out.

@Deepizzaguy The book does give more detail. I’m usually disappointed in the movie if I’ve read the book.

I just started a new book by Fern Michaels. It is about a woman who returns to her father's home after 16 years away. Her mother passed away right after her graduation so it is just her father, who worked in Hollywood and she really didn't *know* him. He has kidney failure now and needs a transplant. She ended up being a match so she just arrived back home.
I agree with you on taking it slow and easy getting back into your exercise routine! Take care!

I love Fern Michaels. She’s one of my favorite authors . I’ve read several of her books and they are all interesting. I’ll keep an eye out for that one. I am taking it easy. I think I had a back set from yesterday. I’m feeling slow today.

I don't really read, so nothing I guess. But I do love to work out sometimes.

@RubyHawk I know working out can make you feel good. I remind myself that when I have doubts.

@kaylachan I think I started a little to early. I’m not feeling quiet as well today.but I won’t go again for a couple of day, then try it again.

@RubyHawk In all seriousness, cool hobby, and cool painting. I am a man of many and diverse talents, and a legend in my own mind. But visual arts is not among my talents (though I do compose a decent photograph when I put my mind to it).

Unfortunately I am not reading right now, but maybe at some point this week. Hubby is an avid reader. I hope to get out to walk while on break as well.

I hope you feel better. I have been reading Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn. It is interesting. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it about an 8.
