I got out to the gym this morning and walked the treadmill a bit. I didn’t want to stay away and lose my strength. So since I’m feeling somewhat better I’m starting back slowly and hope it will help me feel stronger. While I haven’t been doing much else I’m reading Point of Origin by Patricia Cornwell. It’s about a woman who works with law enforcement to determine how death occurs in fires. She goes into burned out buildings and searches for dead bodies, dissects them in a lab determines if they were murdered before the fire was lit. It’s all interesting. What are you reading and how interesting is the book?

I don't read books anymore, the print is way too small but I do read things online or watch TV shows or videos.

Nah, I'd have to drive over 18 miles to get to one in the first place and in the 2nd place I'd much rather read on the internet.

They do have books with large print. You might want to look at some of those. I’ve always been a book worm, always loved reading.

The story in the book that you are reading looks interesting. I have the books "Rocky II", "Rocky III', "Rocky IV" as well as the late baseball umpire Ron Luciano called "The Umpire Strikes Back."

@RubyHawk The books give more details than the movie does since the characters true feelings come out.

@Deepizzaguy The book does give more detail. I’m usually disappointed in the movie if I’ve read the book.

It’s very interesting. I saw the movies but haven’t read the Rocky series or The Umpire Strikes Back. I’d bet the books are more interesting than the movies. The book always is.

I just started a new book by Fern Michaels. It is about a woman who returns to her father's home after 16 years away. Her mother passed away right after her graduation so it is just her father, who worked in Hollywood and she really didn't *know* him. He has kidney failure now and needs a transplant. She ended up being a match so she just arrived back home. I agree with you on taking it slow and easy getting back into your exercise routine! Take care!

I love Fern Michaels. She’s one of my favorite authors . I’ve read several of her books and they are all interesting. I’ll keep an eye out for that one. I am taking it easy. I think I had a back set from yesterday. I’m feeling slow today.

@kareng I like Susan Wiggs too. I finished the book by Patricia Cornwell and started a book by Mary Higgins Clark titled Loves Music Loves to Dance. I think it will be a good one.

I have heard of her but have not read any of her books I am reading A High Wind in Jamaica right now. It's by Richard Hughes. I have read it many times. For some reason, it is one of my favorite novels.

Some books never get old. Although I’ve read so many books I can’t remember many of them.Sometimes I’ll start a book and discover I’ve read it before.

I haven’t done much exercising for the last three weeks, but hiked a lot in Texas. Today I walked a lot outside and around the block. Can’t read very well, but love Patricia Cornwell’s books. Sounds good.

Keeping up with exercising is good. Oh gosh, I hardly have time to read these days (except for myLot stuff ). I have pulled out some old recipes books to look through, if that counts.
